In 2018 we have acquired Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Tucson Mall. This hotel is self-managed and we resolved all existing challenges of the hotel and build good reputation in market.

As of today, Blue Diamond Hospitality LLC currently has the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Livermore, CA under construction with completion in December 2022.

In addition to that Diamond Lodging Inc currently has a Townplace Suites by Marriott in Madera, CA will be completed in 2024 and a Home 2 Suites in Gilroy, CA under the planning stages with City and Franchise planning department and is targeted to open by 2026.
